On April 1, Microsoft changed Office 365 licenses for higher education customers, limiting the features available to some Cal Poly community members. All faculty and staff still have full access to the web-based Office 365 applications, but emeritus

Faculty & staff with state-issued/maintained computers can use Software Center (on Windows) or Self Service (on Mac) to install Microsoft 365 software.
Campus computer security policy prohibits use of a personal Microsoft account on state-owned/ITS managed devices.
