Viva Insights in Office Microsoft 365 provides users with statistics about their monthly work patterns within Office 365. Viva Insights is available to Cal Poly faculty and staff, but if you are interested in using the feature, you must manually opt-in. The Viva Insights default has been set to “off,” allowing individuals to decide if they want to use it. Microsoft assures customers that information collected in Viva Insights is only available to each individual user.
