When logging in to Zoom, if you are asked to enter an email and password, use your Cal Poly email and password. If you are given the option Login with SSO, select it and enter "calpoly" as thecompany domain.
Currently, recordings can’t be deleted. Audio files and transcripts are available.
Under the Cloud Recordings Tab, select the video recording you wish to view by clicking on its title.
Click the video screen playback arrow icon. This opens a new tab on your browser for the video to play in.

Download cloud recordings

Click to download your cloud recordings
Under the Cloud Recordings Tab, click the ellipsis icon (three dots, located on the far right side of the row)

Click Download. A Download Recording files dialog box appears (Each file will be downloaded separately.)
Click Download again.
Repeat the steps above for each recording you wish to download. Unfortunately, Zoom does not allow users to download all recordings as a batch or full set.

Click to share your cloud recordings
Under the Cloud Recordings Tab, Click the Share button for the recording you wish to share.

Select the settings you want to apply, when finished, then click Copy Sharing Information. The info/link is copied to the clipboard for you to paste into an email or other document that you prefer.
Currently, recordings can’t be manually deleted by faculty/staff.
If possible, download your recordings when you are on campus. This will provide the best network for a speedy process and reduce the overall time it takes to complete your downloads.
