Launch MiCollab on Windows or Mac, and a red dot alerting you to set your location appears in the bottom left corner of the app.
Click the Red Dot displayed in the bottom left corner.
Download and install the Mitel Network Helper if prompted.
Click Add to add a new location.
Fill out the form to create a new location.
NOTE: 1 Grand Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93407 is the main campus address.
IMPORTANT: Location Info is the field to use for more detail beyond the main campus address. This is critical in office environments with multiple floors, buildings, and rooms.
Here is an example of a completed new location entry
When you move to a new location, you will need to set your new location for 911 again.
Once you have set multiple locations, the system will attempt to help you set it correctly based on where you are at the given moment.
