Browser Bugs
Oracle BI supports the latest versions of all major browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari). If you experience any browser-related issues while using PolyData Dashboards, update your browser to the latest version or try using a different browser.

Refresh the page, filter the data again, and click Apply.
Go to a different dashboard. Return to the non-functioning dashboard, filter the data again, and click Apply.
From the top the top right corner of the browser window, click click Sign Out, then log out of your Cal Poly account. Sign back into PolyData Dashboards. Sometimes data is not refreshed correctly if you have been logged out of the system.
Make sure that you have the correct permissions for accessing a particular dashboard. If you suspect that you may not, contact your department's PolyData Dashboard administrator.
Ensure that you are using the most current version of your browser.
If you still can't get your dashboard to work, request request support online via Support Center.
