Large-scale communications to students, staff, faculty and other campus groups is sent using an email application called called MustMail. It allows authorized users to create custom, HTML emails, get them approved, and send them to pre-authorized university email distribution lists. Learn More.

Quickstart

  1. To get started using MustMail, submit

the 

  1. the Application Form.

 

  2. If you would like to use an existing HTML email template or create your own template you must submit it

to 

  1. to it-policy@calpoly.edu

 for review in accordance with standard Cal Poly Mass Mail guidelines on accessibility.
