Copy Dashboard Data for Use in a Prompt Filter
Filter a PolyData Dashboards dataset using a dashboard prompt. Nearly all dashboards contain prompts that can be used to further filter dashboard data. Prompts are designed according to requested requirements and specifications given during the development of the dashboard, therefore, prompt options and defaults may differ between dashboards.

Go to PolyData Dashboards.
Go to the prompt, to export data click Export > Excel.
Open the Excel spreadsheet and copy the data you want to use in the filter.
Open a dashboard where you would like to paste the data, then expand the prompt and click on Search....
Click on the pencil icon.
In the Edit box, paste the copied data, then click the OK button.
Click a second OK button to confirm the prompt modification.
From the main dashboard window, click the Apply button to update the filter.
