Problem
"I lost the hardware token that I received from the Service Desk. How do I authenticate?"
Solution
Call the ITS Service Desk to report your token as lost, stolen, or damaged.
At the same time, request a bypass code to use to authenticate.
Submit a Duo Hardware Token Request. Once your request is approved, your token can be picked up at the Service Desk.
