It is recommended that two people or a department account be given given Full Access to to a resource calendar. Full Access allows the user or department account to open the resource calendar without a password and grant access rights. If you need Full Access to a resource calendar, contact the ITS Service Desk. submit a Support Center request.

Log Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > > My Apps > Email & Calendar > from the left side of the page, click the Calendar icon. Click on your profile photo and select select Open another mailbox… Enter the name of the resource calendar by typing the first few characters of the name and searching the directory. Once opened, you will see the resource calendar's Inbox.
