Update the default time zone setting in BI Publisher.

From the top right corner of the dashboard, click the My Profile icon then My Account.
Click the BI Publisher Preferences tab > Report Time Zone > (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana.
Click the OK button. You may need to logout and log back in to PolyData Dashboards to finalize the change.
