Support Center is an online portal, where Cal Poly students, faculty, and staff can request tech support. Support Center connects to the ITS Knowledge Base to provide the most relevant self-help articles when selecting the topic of your request.
From tech myportal.calpoly.edu, click the “Request My Apps menu, click the “Tech Support” button or call the Service Desk to initiate a Support Center request. Subsequent notifications and updates about the request are emailed to the requestor from “supportcenter@calpoly.atlassian.net”.
