Problem

"When I use ArcGIS in Virtual Computer Labs, the app is slow or crashes."

Solution

Change the Display display rendering engine to OpenGL.

1. On From the ArcGIS main splash page of the ArcGIS, select Settings.
2. Click Options on the settings panel.
3. Click Display from the menu on the left and then check the OpenGL radio > Options > Display.
4. Tick the OpenGL radio button and click the OK button. If a project is open, it will save and reopen the project with the new settings.
