PolyCards will be distributed for Fall quarter at SLO Days (in person) and
Week of Welcome (WOW).
Learn how to get a new or replacement PolyCard.
Get a NEW PolyCard
You have never had a PolyCard in the past.
STEP 1 | Upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center.
STEP 2 | Visit the ITS Service Desk with a form of identification to pick up your new card.
Get a Replacement PolyCard
You had a PolyCard in the past but no longer have one.
STEP 1 | If you want to change your picture, upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center.
STEP 2 | Visit the ITS Service Desk with a form of identification to pick up your replacement card.

The cost of a replacement PolyCard is $5 and payment must be made via Campus Express. Report a lost or stolen card by visiting Lost My PolyCard. |

Accounts classified as “Student Applicant” have limited access to tabs and features of the portal such as PolyCard Photo Services until they are transitioned to a “Student” person type in late July (when every new Cal Poly Student’s account is transitioned) |
