  1. Log in to the My Cal Poly  portalPortal.

  2. Go to Click the Personal Info tab > . Under Personal Info> , select Authorized Devices > . Open the Multi-factor Authentication > click dropdown. Click Edit.

  3. Select an authentication method and complete the verification on your currently enrolled device.

  4. Once authenticated, you will see a page that lists your devices in square cells. Click the Add a device button.

  5. Select an option to authenticateon your new device. Learn more about the options…

  6. Complete the new device enrollment by inputting your information in the corresponding prompts.
