Ringer is ON by default, if you set it to OFF, the ringer will NEVER ring (whether you are in a meeting or not) until you set it to ON once again.

To Turn OFF Audible Ringer:

Click the button to the left of your name to bring up the Account Menu.
Click Settings.
Click General.
Click Notifications.
Scroll down and click the Audible Ringing toggle button to the left (OFF) position.
The toggle button background color switches from blue to greyed-out.
