Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar.
In the upper left-hand corner of the page, click on the app launcher
.Click Viva Insights.
To opt in to Viva Insights
From Viva Insights, click the ellipsis (three dots) > Settings (gear icon).
From the Viva Insights Settings menu, select Privacy. Then click the toggle switch to the On position.
Finish by clicking Save.
