Problem
"I get an error message from Zoom that says 'This site can’t be reached' or a message that mentions a DNS or connection error."
Solution
There may be an issue with how Zoom is trying to sign you in. If you enter your full email as prompted, Zoom may direct you to "calpoly.edu.zoom.us" instead of "calpoly.zoom.us".
To fix this issue, click I know the company domain and enter "calpoly".
