- Refresh the page, filter the data again, click Apply.
- Go to a different dashboard. Return to the non-functioning dashboard, filter the data again, click Apply.
- From the top right corner of the browser window, click Sign Out, then log out of your Cal Poly account. Sign back in to PolyData Dashboards. Sometimes data is not refreshed correctly if you have been logged out of the system.
- Make sure that you have the correct permissions for accessing a particular dashboard. If you suspect that you may not, contact your department's PolyData Dashboard administrator.
- Ensure that you are using the most current version of your browser.
- If you still can't get your dashboard to work, request support online via Support Center.
