Reactivate multi-factor authentication by clicking the Reactivate Duo Mobile button.

Select the type of device you are adding. Click the Continue
button.

title	Step 3 - Install

Install Duo Mobile on your phone.

On your mobile phone, launch the App Store app and search for Duo Mobile. Tap Get, Install to download the app, then Open.
Tap Allow to allow Duo Mobile to send you notifications.
On your computer, click the I have Duo Mobile installed button.
On your mobile phone, at the top right of the screen, tap the + button to add an account.
Click OK to allow access to the camera on your phone.
On your computer, scan the barcode to activate Duo Mobile.
You are now activated. Your device is ready to approve Duo authentication requests. Click the Continue button to add a second device.
