Learn how to export BI Publisher Reports from PolyData Dashboards. There are two ways to download reports.

View

1. Open a report.
2. From
the top
3. the top right corner of the dashboard,
 click the Gear icon > Export
4.  click the Concentric Circles icon (to the left of the gear icon). The appearance of the icon will change depending on the format you choose to view.
5. From the menu, select one of the view formats. Interactive, PDF, and Excel are the most commonly downloaded filescommon report viewing modes.

   2. HTML
   3. PDF
   4. RTF
   5. Excel
   6. Powerpoint
