You may find that you need to copy values from a dashboard for use in a prompt filter.

1. Open a dashboardGo to PolyData Dashboards.
2. Go to the prompt, to export data click Export > Excel.
3. Open the Excel spreadsheet and copy the data you want to use in the filter.
4. Open a dashboard where you would like to paste the data, then expand the prompt and click on Search....
5. Click on the pencil icon.
   
   
   
   
6. In the Edit box, paste the copied data, then click the OK button.
   
   
   
   
7. Click a second OK button to confirm the prompt modification.
8. From the main dashboard window, click the Apply button to update the filter.
