Concierge tech support is available to faculty, staff and students through the ITS Service Desk. This includes basic troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and consultation regarding ITS services such as your Cal Poly Account, WiFi, software, and printing. For faculty and staff, more advanced support is provided either through Contract Tech Support (a service level agreement) with ITS or local tech support staff in your area, depending on which college or department you work in.
