CSU Zoom Integration

Cal Poly's Zoom service is now linked with the Chancellor's Office Zoom environment to create a unified CSU collaboration experience. This integration supports easier communication and coordination with the Solano campus and other CSU partners.

Once linked, employees across participating campuses can search for one another in a shared directory, message directly, and collaborate on meetings and webinars without manually adding contacts.

Cross-Campus Meeting Support
Employees can assign alternative hosts or grant scheduling permissions to colleagues across campuses, simplifying joint meetings and webinars.

Student Privacy Protection

To protect student privacy, Cal Poly students are excluded from the CSU-wide directory.
Faculty and staff must use a student’s Cal Poly email address to initiate chats or meeting invitations, since students will not be visible in the shared directory.
