E-Faxing @ Cal Poly - Core Fax
Core Fax is a modern fax solution that replaces the fax capabilities in the Konica Minolta printers on campus. Core Fax allows for sending and receiving e-faxes from a browser on your computer, and also allows sending e-faxes from your email as well.

Cost
The majority of faxing needs are covered in the yearly cost. Excessive faxing may result in additional costs.

The standard Retention Policy on the Cal Poly account is 90 days. Faxes should be archived if needed within 90 days of sending/receiving.
