The ITS Service Status page is your one-stop location for real-time updates on the health of core Cal Poly IT services. Whether you're troubleshooting or planning ahead, this page helps you quickly determine if a service is functioning normally, under maintenance, or experiencing issues.
How to Use the Service Status Page
You do not need to log in to view the page or current status of services.
Scan the list of services.
Green = Operational | Red = Outage | Yellow = DegradedClick a service name to view more details, including incident history and maintenance notes.
Purpose
This tool was built in direct response to campus feedback asking for more transparency around IT services.
It supports:
Awareness of service outages or performance issues
Advance notice of planned maintenance
Clear communication about the status of widely used campus tools
As the first tool of its kind at Cal Poly, it represents ITS’s commitment to continuous improvement and delivering a more responsive support experience.

Who Can Use This?
