Get a NEW PolyCard
You have never had a PolyCard in the past.
STEP 1 | Upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center.
STEP 2 | Visit the ITS Service Desk with a form of identification to pick up your new card.
Get a Replacement PolyCard
You had a PolyCard in the past, but no longer have one.
STEP 1 | If you want to change your picture, upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center.
STEP 2 | Visit the ITS Service Desk with a form of identification to pick up your replacement card.
The cost of a replacement PolyCard is $5, and payment must be made via Campus Express. Report a lost or stolen card by visiting Lost My PolyCard.

Accounts classified as “Student Applicant” have limited access to tabs and features of the portal, such as PolyCard Photo Services, until they are transitioned to a “Student” person type in late July (when every new Cal Poly Student’s account is transitioned)
