Microsoft 365 - QuickStart
Microsoft 365 is a web-based suite of apps for communication and collaboration, including online versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, OneNote, and OneDrive.
Faculty & staff with state-issued/maintained computers can use Software Center (on Windows) or Self Service (on Mac) to install Microsoft 365 software.
Campus computer security policy prohibits use of a personal Microsoft account on state-owned/ITS managed devices.
Emeritus and CSU bargaining units 5, 6 and 11 have access to the web-based Microsoft 365 applications only.

Direct
Go to office.com and log in using your Cal Poly email address and password.
My Cal Poly Portal
Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar.
In the upper left-hand corner of the page, click on the app launcher .
Select an app or click the Microsoft 365 link.
