Cal Poly email lists are created and managed using a mailing list management tool called Sympa. Faculty, instructors, staff and owners of department or club accounts can manage their email distribution lists through the My Cal Poly Portal.
Department accounts, faculty, instructors, and staff have direct access to Sympa via the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email Distribution Lists using a department or club account.
You must be logged in to your Cal Poly account to access Sympa.
