Learn how to get a new or replacement PolyCard. 

  • Your PolyCard is tied to your library account, giving you access to online resources like OneSearch which becomes available the morning after your card is printed.

  • The cost of a replacement PolyCard is $5 and payment must be made via Campus Express. Report a lost or stolen card by visiting Lost My PolyCard.

New PolyCard

You have never had a PolyCard in the past. 

  1. Upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center. 

  2. Visit the ITS Service Desk to pick up your new card.

Replacement PolyCard

You had a PolyCard in the past but no longer have one.

  1. If you want to change your picture, upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center.

  2. Visit the ITS Service Desk to pick up your replacement card.
