"I forgot my phone at home and can't authenticate with Duo."

Solution

Call the ITS Service Desk. An agent will give you a bypass code. When authenticating, enter the code in one of the following fields.

• Passcode: Click the Enter a Passcode button > Enter the code > Click the Log In button

• Bypass Code: Click the Enter a Bypass Code button > Enter the code > Click the Log In button
