Adobe Creative Cloud is available to current Cal Poly faculty and staff. Access industry-leading desktop and mobile apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Spark, and many more.

Installation

Adobe keeps track of your devices, therefore, you may need to deactivate a license on one device before adding it to another.

  1. Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app page.
  2. At the top right of the page, click the Sign in link and enter your Cal Poly email (e.g., jmustang@calpoly.edu), then select Enterprise ID.





  3. Enter your Cal Poly username and password. Click the Login button.
  4. Click the Download button.



  5. On your desktop, double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.
    Mac: _Installer.dmg | Windows: _Set-Up.exe
  6. The install should begin. During installation, the application may close and restart. This process may take up to two minutes.
  7. The Creative Cloud desktop app is now installed on your computer. Browse, install, launch, and manage any Creative Cloud app or service.


  1. Go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and search for Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. Install, then launch the app.
  3. Sign in with your Cal Poly email (e.g., jmustang@calpoly.edu), then select Enterprise ID.
  4. Enter your Cal Poly username and password. Click the Login button.
  5. The Creative Cloud app is now installed on your mobile device.


  1. Got to adobe.com.
  2. Click the Sign In link at the top right of the page. Enter your Cal Poly email (e.g., jmustang@calpoly.edu), then select Enterprise ID.





  3. Enter your Cal Poly username and password. Click the Login button.
  4. You'll be directed to your account page. Next, do one of the following:
  5. Next to the app, click the Install button and your app will begin to download.



  6. Once the app is downloaded, click the Open button to launch the app.

Support
