Cal Poly is currently transitioning from DocuSign to Adobe Sign to route forms and facilitate electronic signatures. At this time, no new documents should be created in DocuSign. Adobe Sign can be accessed from any internet-connected device and is secure, trackable, legally-binding and approved for confidential information (including Level 1 data). All campus departments and divisions will be fully transitioned to Adobe Sign by February 2020. Quickstart


  1. Go to documents.adobe.com/account/home.
  2. Enter your Cal Poly email (e.g., jmustang@calpoly.edu), then select Enterprise ID > Company or School Account.
  3. Enter your Cal Poly username and password. Click the Login button.
