Step 2: | Request a Network Port Activation or Change. |
This ensures the ethernet port, where the equipment will be connected, is active. | |
Step 3: | Sumbit a General Help request. |
Your ITS client services tech team will help you connect your computer(s) to the new equipment. Please provide the equipment location and as much detail as possible for faster service. |
