Problem

"As a delegate of a calendar, when duplicating an old calendar entry, I'm unable to delete or change previous attachments. On my end, the attachments are deleted but once I send the new invite using the delegator's account, the attachments reappear."

Solution

Create a new meeting and attach updated files, copy/paste the meeting verbiage & other pertinent details from the old meeting. Then cancel the old meeting, and send the newly created meeting. This could be prone to the problem later down the road, but it might suffice in the near future, depending on how often you have to manipulate the meetings.

I was able to replicate the problem in both desktop & web Outlook when Adrienne attempted to delete attachments from an existing meeting. Most attempts at deleting attachments failed, and only occasionally worked. Where it did fail, it seemed to consistently fail for the same files when re-attempted, and when successful, it seemed to be successful for the files attempted.
