  1. Begin by selecting “Print” from your application.

  2. Scroll down and open the drop-down menu for Printer Options and select Output Method.

  3. Check the box for Account Track.

  4. Input your print code into the password field. Leave the department field blank.

  5. Click Ok, then Print, to print your document.

  1. After opening your file, select the Ctrl + P keys on your keyboard.

  2. In the User Authentication/Account Track box, leave the Department Name field blank. In the Password field, type your print code.

  3. Click the OK button.
