Cal Poly uses Adobe Sign to route forms and facilitate electronic signatures. Adobe Sign can be accessed from any internet-connected device and is secure, trackable, legally-binding, and approved for confidential information (including Level 1 data).

Note
  • Accounts for departments and services are not configured for Adobe Sign access by default.

  • Departments accounts are able to send agreements, but they are NOT able to sign agreements.

  • If you have an account that needs Adobe Sign access, then the Administrative or Technical department account contact needs to submit a General Support ticket to request access.

  2. Enter your Cal Poly email (e.g., jmustang@calpoly.edu), then select Enterprise ID > Company or School Account.
