Problem
"I can't access a shared folder in OneDrive from a web browser."

Try one of the following options to view the shared folder.
Go to OneDrive > Shared. Hover over the folder, click the radio button next to the folder, then click on the folder to open it.
Go to OneDrive > Shared. Click on the folder to open it, then click either the My files or Our files folder. You may need to toggle between the two.
Go to OneDrive. At the bottom left of your browser window, click Return to classic OneDrive. This option doesn't appear to work in Safari on Mac, so use Chrome or another browser.
