Cal Poly is currently transitioning from DocuSign to Cal Poly uses Adobe Sign to route forms and facilitate electronic signatures. At this time, no new documents should be created in DocuSign. Adobe Sign can be accessed from any internet-connected device and is secure, trackable, legally-binding, and approved for confidential information (including including Level 1 data). All campus departments and divisions will be fully transitioned to Adobe Sign by March 2020. Learn More.

Accounts for departments and services are not configured for Adobe Sign access by default. Departments accounts are able to send agreements, but they are NOT able to sign agreements. If you have an account that needs Adobe Sign access, then the Administrative or Technical department account contact needs to submit a General Support ticket to request access.
