To change the permission for a message, create a New Message, click Encrypt,  then click Change permissions. Select , then select the appropriate encryption type from the dropdown list. Visit Microsoft's Encrypt email messages page for more information

    This is the default encryption setting within Cal Poly O365. These emails can be read directly in Outlook

    for PC versions 2019 and Office 365.When Encrypt is first selected as an option while drafting an email, this is the default setting providing standard O365 encryption for email transporting within Cal Poly (@calpoly.edu).
