  1. Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar. 

  2. In the upper left-hand corner of the page, click on the app launcher Office 365 app launcher. 

  3. Click the All apps link, then click Stream.

  4. Visit the Microsoft Stream Support site to learn how to upload videos, add captions, and many other useful features.
