ITS configures approved Support for multi-function printers , ensures connectivity, and offers limited support for printing functions. Cal and copiers is available to Cal Poly staff and faculty.
Procuring a Copier or Printer
Cal Poly has a contract with Ultrex to provide and service approved copiers and printers and address any hardware issues that may arise.

Campus Copier (& Printer) Program provides you with information regarding available models and the process for procuring a Konica Minolta copier. It also includes a link to purchasable Brother laser printers and Brother laser all-in-one printers which are also supported by ITS.
In addition, ITS has a Brother printer (USB-based) available for purchase via Amazon on CSUBuys.
