Digital displays on campus use a software called OptiSigns. ITS provides support to get you set up with new digital signage.

Our previous digital signage software vendor Fourwinds has been retired and the new vendor is OptiSigns.

Content and Default Channels

Departments are responsible for their own content and for ensuring that the content is compliant with campus policies (i.e. acceptable use, branding, accessibility, etc.). All digital signs are required to subscribe to the Campus Emergency Notification and the Public Affairs channels for campuswide communications.
