Troubleshooting

  • If you are

unable to log in to the Cal Poly Learning Hub, launch

  • having difficulties completing a course,

or register for a workshop, try using:

  1. a different web browser.

  2. a different computer.

  3. Virtual Computer Labs (AppStream).

If you are unable to access the Cal Poly Learning Hub, submit a General Help Request  or call the ITS Service Desk at 805-756-7000
