Problem
"When I use ArcGIS in Virtual Computer Labs, the app is slow or crashes."
Solution
During your session, you will manually need to move files and folders to and from Temporary Files, either from My Files or by using File Explorer.

Change the Display rendering engine to OpenGL.
- On the main splash page of the ArcGIS, select Settings.
- Click Options on the settings panel.
- Click Display from the menu on the left and then check the OpenGL radio button. If a project is open, it will save and reopen the project with the new settings.
