• Pick-up/drop-off is located in Building 46 (the Natatorium) on Tuesdays & Fridays: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. in person. Mail service available if you are currently outside San Luis Obispo county.
• Checkouts last the duration of the quarter. When making a new reservation, select an end date between TuesdayFriday, September 1 November 20 - Friday, September 11 to December 4, or earlier, to return checked out items. 
• Reservations are required and available on a first-come-first-serve basis and can be made two (2) weeks in advance of the pickup/delivery date. To reserve items, visit techrentals.calpoly.edu.

Quickstart

1. Go to techrentals.calpoly.edu to check out reserve your equipment and schedule a time for pick up.
   Faculty, staff, and students are all eligible to check out equipment for up to 1 quarter at a time.
   
2. Pick up the reserved equipment at Tech Rentals located in the Building 46 (the Natatorium). 
3. Return the equipment on your specified return date and time.
