- To request access, click the Submit button on the LastPass Enrollment Form.
- Before setting up LastPass, you must enroll your device(s) with 2Multi-Step Verification Factor Authentication (Duo). You will need to add a primary and secondary device.
- You will receive an email invitation from LastPass with your username and a temporary password.
- To activate your account, click the link and reset your master password. This is the only password you have to remember, so make it a good one!
