Alumni are required to contact the ITS Service Desk for changes to their EDA (Email Delivery Address). Self-service options are not available.

Change the address itself (i.e., smustang@alumni.calpoly.edu to sallymustang@alumni.calpoly.edu) or,
Change the email address it forwards to (the Email Delivery Address aka EDA).
