Upon successful testing of the workflow within Adobe Sign, follow the steps listed here to test the PowerForm.
Go to https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/api/workflows.jsonConfirm the PowerForm services account - adobesign@calpoly.edu - is a member of the group the templates are shared with.
Find the activated workflow by name and copy the workflowID (without the quotes).
Open a new window or tab in your web browser and enter the following URL: https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/
Paste the workflow ID from Step 2 to the end of the URL from Step 3 to create your PowerForm URL.Inactivate your workflow to remove it from the listing at https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/api/workflows.json.
