Log in to the My Cal Poly portal. Go to the Personal Info tab Info tab > Personal Info portlet Info > Authorized Devices > Multi-factor Authentication > click Edit.
 Authenticate your account using the Call Me method on your landline or mobile phone.
 Once authenticated, you will be directed to My Settings & Devices. To the right of your mobile device, click the Device Options button.
