Upon successful testing of the workflow within Adobe Sign, follow the steps listed here to test the PowerForm.

  1. Go to https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/api/workflows.json

  2. Find the activated workflow by name and copy the workflowID (without the quotes).

  3. Open a new window or tab in your web browser and enter the following URL: https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/

  4. Paste the workflow ID from step Step 2 to the end of the URL from step Step 3 to create your PowerForm URL.
